Terry (he/him) is a Partner at Davis Pier and leads the firm’s Digital Practice. With 15 years of experience in digital transformation consulting in the public sector, Terry has a proven track record of delivering successful projects as a leader and consultant. His expertise includes project leadership, project management, and the ability to lead small to larger project teams.
Terry deeply understands the unique challenges and opportunities facing government organizations and has helped numerous clients modernize and improve their operations through the strategic use of technology. Terry has strong communication and participant management skills and effectively collaborates with clients to achieve their goals.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Information Systems degree from St. Francis Xavier University and is a PROSCI-certified change manager.
