Ray (He/Him) is a Senior Associate at Davis Pier. He is an experienced privacy specialist, team leader, business analyst, and test manager. He has expertise in privacy impact assessments, requirements definition, systems analysis, systems design, system implementation, and software test management. Ray’s experience with the public sector includes Health and Wellness, Long-term Care, Home Care, Vital Statistics, Municipal Relations, Agriculture, Municipal Transportation & Public Works, Labour, Skills & Immigration, Public Prosecution, Public Housing, Community Services, Education, and Registry of Motor Vehicles.
Over his career, Ray has taken on many roles for his clients, including systems analyst, business analyst, development team lead, test manager, and privacy specialist. Ray’s private industry experience spans group insurance, telecommunications, oil and gas, and post-secondary educational institutions. Over his career, Ray has demonstrated leadership, problem solving, project delivery, and strong communication skills.
Ray holds a BA with a major in economics and a minor in business from Memorial University, and a diploma in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Cabot College (now College of the North Atlantic).
Outside of work, Ray spends time cycling, camping, hiking, and spending time with family.
