Megan (she/her) is an Associate at Davis Pier with a background in public administration, primary and public health, public sector procurement, and disability support. Primarily working in the health and community services sectors, Megan employs skills in human-centred engagement design and facilitation, project management, jurisdictional research, and strategic planning.
Prior to being a consultant, Megan coordinated Davis Pier’s end-to-end proposal process, using skills in process analysis and improvement, interdisciplinary facilitation, business development, and client management. She has experience with a variety of procurement mechanisms and has successfully helped the firm secure work at all levels of government, non-profits, and NGOs. Her collaborative approach helps her to establish strong relationships, build momentum towards a goal, and deliver results.
Megan has a Master’s in Public Administration from Dalhousie University and an Honour’s Bachelor of Health Science (specialization in health studies) from Western University.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring nature, doing various sports, and musical theatre.
