Megan (she/her) is an Associate at Davis Pier with a background in public administration, primary and public health, public sector procurement, and disability support. Working primarily within the Health and Wellbeing practice, Megan supports governments and health system partners to address complex challenges through research, person-centred engagement, and strategic planning. She is particularly passionate about ensuring that workforce and system planning efforts are informed by diverse perspectives and grounded in principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, reconciliation, and accessibility (EDIRA).
Prior to her consulting work, Megan coordinated Davis Pier’s end-to-end proposal process, using skills in process analysis and improvement, interdisciplinary facilitation, business development, and client management.
Megan has a Master’s in Public Administration from Dalhousie University and an Honour’s Bachelor of Health Science (specialization in health studies) from Western University.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys musical theatre, exploring the beautiful East Coast, and playing sports.
