Marcia (she/her) has experience in the areas of business strategy, user experience, usability testing, stakeholder engagement, research, and analysis. She has conducted several stakeholder engagement and strategic planning initiatives with both private and public sector organizations throughout her career. Her strengths lie in diving deep into a business’ strategy and creating actionable, phased goals for clients with a focus on user experience and emerging industry trends.
Marcia holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Enterprise Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, both from Dalhousie University. She is also a Director on the board of Field Hockey Nova Scotia, a member of the Shakespeare by the Sea board, as well as a committee member of March of Dimes Canada (Halifax).
