Marcia (she/her) is a Principal at Davis Pier and is a certified UX professional with over nine years of experience leading complex government and public sector projects focused on service design, user experience, and digital transformation. With deep expertise in human-centered design, usability testing, and user research, she excels at aligning business strategy with user needs. Marcia has led numerous community engagement and strategic planning initiatives across both private and public sectors, and is known for her ability to create actionable, phased goals rooted in emerging industry trends. Her collaborative approach and strategic insight make her a key driver of impactful, user-focused solutions.

Marcia holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Enterprise Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, both from Dalhousie University. She is also on the board of the Edward Jost Children’s Centre and is a Coach of Dalhousie University’s Field Hockey team.

Outside of work Marcia spends time reading, coaching and playing field hockey, and relaxing with her family.
