Laura (she/her) is an Associate at Davis Pier specializing in service design, digital transformation, design research, and project management. Laura brings over a decade of experience working with clients in the governmental and financial sectors. Through creative thinking and strong relationship building, she has helped organizations navigate ambiguity and complexity. Through an empathy-led approach, Laura has led cross-disciplinary teams in the design and implementation of projects, resulting in impactful solutions that have enhanced user services and operations.
Laura holds a Master’s in Design from OCAD University’s Strategic Foresight and Innovation program, a certificate in Project Management from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Design from the Universidad de los Andes.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys travelling with her family and exploring the cultural and food scene in Toronto and the world.
