Grace (she/her) is an Analyst at Davis Pier, working primarily with government and community partners in the health and social care sectors. She is passionate about asset-based community development, social equity, and strengthening systems through research, collaboration, and thoughtful policy design.
Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development and has completed certifications in Human-Centred Design for Inclusive Innovation, Trauma-Informed Practice, Ethical Conduct for Research, and Foundations of Project Management.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys exploring the outdoors, trying new hobbies, and tutoring English literacy!
