Gaëlle (she/her) is a Principal at Davis Pier with an academic research background and consultancy experience with post-secondary and research institutions, public sector organizations, start-ups, and corporates. Gaëlle brings over a decade of experience in program and project management, innovation management and intellectual property, market research and assessment, data collection and analysis, science communication, and leadership and mentoring. At Davis Pier, Gaëlle has been involved in a variety of projects within healthcare and post-secondary education. She enjoys designing and working on collaborative projects that use interdisciplinary approaches to solve complex problems and achieve real-world impact.

Gaëlle holds a Doctorate in Clinical Neurosciences from the University of Oxford, a Master in Neuroscience from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She held various scholarships and grants to support her graduate studies and subsequent position as a postdoctoral research scientist, and her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals. Gaëlle is English-French bilingual.

Outside of work, Gaëlle enjoys cycling, trail running, true crime podcasts, and spoiling her two cats.
