Frank (he/him) is Director Partnerships (Digital) at Davis Pier and leads our partnership and partnership development for our digital health and digital government growth plan. Frank is a seasoned digital health executive and technology strategist with over 25 years of experience in business development and consulting, delivering impactful solutions and leading teams across SaaS, healthcare, government, military and high-performance environments.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University, a diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
When he’s not at work, Frank enjoys spending time with family and tries to stay active through activities like basketball, cycling, SUP, and supporting his daughter and two sons in their pursuits.
