Kemika (she/her) is an HR Coordinator at Davis Pier, where she contributes to a wide range of people-focused initiatives. In her role, she supports onboarding, benefits administration, immigration processes, HR reporting and dashboard management, and co-op hiring coordination and serves as a first point of contact for employee inquiries. She is passionate about streamlining HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Kemika holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Concordia University and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSIHL) in India.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring new places, creating engaging video content to share stories and insights, and experimenting with new recipes as an avid home chef.
