Jocelyn (she/her) is an Associate at Davis Pier with a strong interest in the social and structural factors that shape people’s lives — particularly around employment as well as equity, diversity, inclusion, reconciliation, and accessibility (EDIRA). She applies rigorous research methodology and statistical analyses, informed by Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology approaches and first-voice insights, to understand how policies and programs affect diverse communities. Jocelyn is passionate about using data and lived experience to inform inclusive, evidence-based solutions that improve workplaces and public systems.
Jocelyn holds an MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western University and conducted years of PhD-level work in the same field at Saint Mary’s University focusing on disability inclusion and employment. She also holds a BSc (Honours) in Psychology from Dalhousie University, alongside certificates in Disability Management and Intercultural Communication. Jocelyn has contributed to academic publications, international conferences, and knowledge mobilization initiatives.
Outside of work, Jocelyn spends her time volunteering with community organizations, trying new hobbies, or enjoying the outdoors with her friends and family. Whenever she gets the chance, she is travelling to experience new cultures and cuisines.
