Jenna (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker and Senior Associate who brings a practice-based lens to improving social policy and public programs. With experience in both the public and non-profit sectors, she has worked extensively in the disability support sector space on programs to support adults, children, and their support networks. Jenna is passionate about embedding person-centered approaches into policy and program design- approaches that not only benefit individuals and communities but also support the frontline staff who are delivering them.
Jenna holds a Bachelor of Social Work, in addition to a Bachelor of Science and a Certificate in Disability Management from Dalhousie University.
Outside of work, Jenna loves to spend time reading, exploring Nova Scotia with her Labradoodle, and learning new cooking recipes.
