Hayley (she/her) is an Analyst at Davis Pier with experience in data analytics, process improvement, and supporting initiatives that drive social impact. She has contributed to projects in the public sector focused on health and social programs, helping clients make informed decisions through a combination of analytical thinking, problem solving, and collaborative planning. Hayley has experience developing analytical tools, conducting in-depth analyses, and applying structured project management approaches. She is passionate about using data to drive meaningful and human-centered change.
Hayley holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University, a Certificate in Applied Science from Acadia University, and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Her background equips her with a systems-thinking approach and the ability to analyze complex processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and watching movies.
