Jackie Nguyen (she/they) is an Associate with Davis Pier who combines interdisciplinary expertise in health, science, technology, and business to help organizations navigate change and accelerate impact. With experience across public, private, academic, and non-profit sectors, she brings a systems-thinking approach to strategy, transformation, and innovation
Her experience includes leading and supporting regional and global initiatives related to health systems, competitive intelligence, digital transformation, commercial strategy, service design, and project management. She is particularly passionate about translating complex challenges into practical solutions that improve outcomes for people and communities.
Committed to stronger communities, Jackie is an active volunteer with a range of non-profit organizations and champions environments where diverse perspectives can thrive. Outside of work, she is an avid climber and outdoor enthusiast, and likes to nurture her creative side through music and photography.
Jackie holds a BSc in Health Promotion and a BSc Honours in Biology & English from Dalhousie University, an MSc in Global Health & Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh, and an MBA with a specialization in Digital Transformation from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, where she was a Sobey Scholar. She has authored and contributed to research and publications spanning education, health equity, and access to care.
