Sydney (she/her) is a Principal at Davis Pier with a strong track record of delivering complex health system initiatives with government partners and health authorities. Along with her expertise in engagement and process design, Sydney has significant experience in system interoperability, strategic partnerships, and digital health innovation. Known for her collaborative approach and ability to navigate ambiguity, Sydney brings together clients and partners to align diverse perspectives, design practical solutions, and deliver meaningful, sustainable change.
Sydney holds a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Honors Specialization in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology from Western University.
Passionate about improving access to healthcare and supporting cancer research, Sydney has served as a keynote speaker at several large-scale fundraising events and has led numerous initiatives, raising more than $30,000 in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada and the Canadian Cancer Society. Outside of work, Sydney also spends time paddle boarding, traveling, and volunteering for Kids Help Phone.
