She has experience in applying design thinking processes and human-centered design principles to lead discovery research, focusing on user research, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Her work involves enhancing new or existing products and services– driven by insights, strategy, low-fidelity prototyping, and user testing.

Saya holds a graduate degree in Interdisciplinary Design Strategy from Institute without Boundaries, B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy and Political Science from Queen’s University, a Certificate of Business from Smith School of Business, and a Certificate of Art and Design Foundation from George Brown College.

Outside of work, Saya enjoys spending time in nature on long walks or adventurous hikes and experimenting in art projects such as painting, sculpting, and photography.
