Michelle (she/her) is a Partner at Davis Pier and focuses on team development, firm culture, and operations. She has a diverse background in project management, human resources, process improvement, and analytical roles. Michelle has experience in a variety of areas including business analysis, engagement, team development, process improvement, operational reviews, and data analytics. She has extensive experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and providing action-oriented solutions.
Michelle has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from SMU.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with her family camping, biking, and skiing.
