Madisen (she/her) is the HR Manager at Davis Pier and responsible for leading and supporting various people-related activities for the company involving recruitment, onboarding, team-building and recognition, payroll and benefits administration, B Corporation management, and organizational development. She is passionate about continuously improving company culture and cultivating the employee experience to support our most valuable asset–our team!
Madisen holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Dalhousie University, and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary’s University. She is also a CPHR candidate.
Outside of work Madisen spends time reading bedtime stories to her niece and nephew, listening to investigative journalism podcasts, and trying not to take life too seriously.
