Lisa (she/her) is an Principal at Davis Pier and has more than 25 years of experience in strategic and operational planning, service delivery, communications, change management, problem-solving, and engagement with key partners, communities, and the public. Lisa has experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, as well as working in regulated utilities. At Davis Pier, Lisa leads projects related to continuing care, workplace safety, and service transformation. A key strength of Lisa’s is to understand complex environments and subjects to present recommendations that are approachable, efficient, and sustainable.
Lisa holds a Master in Public Administration from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from the University of New Brunswick. She is an experienced facilitator who has led large-scale engagement exercises, is certified in IAP2 engagement, is a PROSCI-certified Change Management Practitioner, and has a certification in Psychological Safety Leadership in the Workplace.
Outside of work Lisa can be found exploring Atlantic Canada, making epic playlists on Spotify, and raging in traffic.
