Johana (she/her) is an Associate at Davis Pier and works predominately within the human and social services sector to develop solutions to keep their citizens at the heart of their program design, delivery, and evaluation. Johana has experience in primary and secondary research, user-centric program design, engagement, and supporting diverse teams to complete complex transformation projects. While keeping work on track and action-oriented, she builds upon other people’s perspectives, gives them the support they need to achieve project goals, engages them in robust discussions, and builds a safe space.
Johana holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a graduate diploma in Community Development, and a master’s of Family Ecology from the University of Alberta.
Outside of work, Johana enjoys exploring the beaches, doing yoga, and spending time with her family.
