Emma (she/her) is an Associate at Davis Pier with a background in research, workshop facilitation, and policy analysis. She is passionate about accessibility and has previously worked within post-secondary, non-profit, and social inclusion-based organizations. At Davis Pier, Emma has supported projects related to community services and housing.

Emma holds a Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with minors in Spanish and French from Mount Allison University. Within her professional development, she has been working to expand her knowledge in the areas of change management and human-centered design.

Emma is an active member of IPAC NS and volunteers with various sporting organizations in her community. Outside of work she enjoys singing, morning walks with her dogs, and spending time with her family and friends.
