Devon (he/him) is a Partner and Co-lead of the Social Policy Practice with more than 19 years of experience helping public sector organizations solve complex problems. His work spans disability and developmental supports, municipal government, and education, with deep experience in transformation planning and implementation, organizational design, technology enablement, business planning, policy design, and the leadership of large portfolios and teams. Devon brings an evidence-based and human-centred approach to program and policy design, combining research, analytics, lived experience, and practical implementation expertise, to create solutions that work for public sector systems and the people they serve.
Devon holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University. He is a certified Professional Engineer (P. Eng.).
Outside of work, Devon enjoys spending time with his family, including regular visits to Cape Breton and Newfoundland.
